Senator Chuck Grassley has refused to schedule a nomination hearing for Judge Felipe Restrepo for the past six months. He is obstructing the Restrepo nomination despite the Judge's extensive qualifications, past support in the U.S. Senate, and the despite the support he has received from his home-state Senators - one Republican, one Democrat.
